North Dakota Soccer Association has selected two more to be inducted into the North Dakota Soccer Association Hall of Fame. Congratulations to Paul Stubbs and Dale Heinert. Both Paul and Dale reside in Bismarck and will be recognized during the Annual General Meeting November 15th at Zion Lutheran Church in Bismarck, ND
